Spontea
Spontea™ is a premium beverage fermented with a wine and kombucha base. The project highlights the fusion of tea fermentation with traditional winemaking grapes, creating a sophisticated, low-alcohol beverage designed for fine dining and discerning consumers. Our first collection features three mono varietals and one coupage sourced from local vineyards: Xarel·lo, Picapoll, Malvasia, and a Rosé using Garnacha, Trepat, and Sumoll.
